Empowering corporate investment capabilities at Raya Holding

Last week we were privileged to partner with Raya Holding for Financial Investments to deliver a two-day Executive Workshops on Corporate Ventures & Investment Strategies at Raya Holding’s HQ.

Raya brought together 40+ leaders from almost every subsidiary, we were honored to have with us the subsidiaries' CEOs and their direct reports, alongside Raya Ventures, Raya Holding’s central investment team, and the program owners Raya FutureTECH and Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH.

Over the course of the workshop led by our CIO Ayman Ismail Abouhend, CFA and our Corporate Ventures Director Hazem Hassanein, we worked hands-on to translate subsidiary strategies into actionable investment frameworks, and to deepen understanding of corporate venturing practices, investment decision methodologies, and valuation approaches.

The level of engagement exceeded our expectations — a testament to Raya Leadership’s commitment to embedding innovation and disciplined investment thinking at the core of its growth strategy.
