Shared from Ayman Ismail Abouhend, CFA:

When I ran a poll on M&A challenges, the majority highlighted due diligence as the hardest part of the process. That insight pushed me to share this applied framework. It is a practical roadmap designed to turn due diligence from a stumbling block into a value-creation tool. From pre-deal screening to synergy modelling and integration readiness, the framework gives dealmakers a structured path to move with precision and confidence. I am placing this carousel to bring clarity to a process that many still view as the most difficult stage of the deal.
