Private credit is not a last resort. It is a deliberate choice for a specific type of business.

The companies that benefit most share a few things in common.

They generate real revenue, recurring or contracted, but do not have hard assets to show a bank. Think system integrators, SaaS businesses, fintech platforms, and B2B tech companies operating across borders.

They need capital to grow, acquire, or bridge a gap, but do not want to dilute their cap table or wait six months for a bank decision.

They have confirmed contracts or a predictable cash flow that a lender can underwrite, even if a traditional credit model would not recognize it.
